She integrates free-diving breath-work with intentional, controlled movements to strengthen the body and quiet the mind. In 2014 she became mat Pilates certified and in early 2021 Lea became a certified Yoga Teacher after completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Caya Yoga School of Chicago. Lea enjoys teaching a variety of styles but her goal is to help students connect with their body, mind and spirit. When Lea is not on the mat you can find her exploring the physical wonders of the world. She is a level 1 free-diver who enjoys being on the water as much as possible, especially in her hometown of Key West. She spent the past year in New England in the trails and woods of Western Mass. and she will be traveling the U.S. during the summer of 2022 offering intentional movement classes as much as possible.
