Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Lea Moeller
This training will take place in person at the Key West Yoga Sanctuary in April 2026. Class time is 36 hours. Required study, and participation in mat classes brings the total time commitment to 50 hours.
Training Dates:
April 9th, 10th, 15th, & 17th 6-9pm
April 11th, 12th, 18th & 19th 10am - 4pm
This training will dive deep into the fundamentals of the mat Pilates method, history, anatomy, class structure, safety, props, contemporary practices, teaching styles, branding, and more. Each student will have the opportunity to lead small groups and practice what they’ve learned by the end of the training. This training is appropriate for students who would like to deepen their knowledge of the practice and for those who want to lead classes.
Early Registration Pricing - $800
After March 1st Registration costs will be $1,000
$200 deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the training is cancelled by the instructor.
